Math

Sims 4 Base Game, Digital Deluxe = $70

EP01+EP02 = $40×2 = $80

GP01+GP02 = $20×2 = $40

SP01->SP04 = $10×4 = $40

Year One costs = $230/12 = $19.17 per month

Assuming we get the same number of packs in 2016 (but minus the BG price)

Year Two will cost = $160/12 = $13.33 per month.

– – – – –

That averages out to about $16 a month, very close to World of Warcraft’s $15 a month subscription.

If you then divide up WoW’s previous biennial expansion price ($40/24mo) and spread it out, that adds $1.67 every month on top of the sub cost.

(But if the new EP price of $50 is going to be the norm, that adds $2.08/mo.)

There’s no heavy point to this post, I just didn’t realize that the (admittedly quick and dirty) breakdown of the two games would end up so similarly priced.

I literally have one max level Alliance, and the other seven 100s are Horde, because I’m a savage at heart. ❤ Forgive his terrible gear. I literally leveled him and got the hell out of dodge ROFL.

I’ll most definitely take you up on that offer. 🙂

I prefer Alliance, but I do have a few Horde too.  If there’s ever a character services sale again, I want to move my Hordies to our twin server Durotan where my Belf mage is so that I can expand that side of my gameplay.  I don’t like having them spread willy-nilly all over both servers.

My nelf druid is like, 92 or something. And my derp knight never got to 100 either. Yooo, when I come back, maybe we can play and stuff. I have about 30 toons total and like a few deleted 90s. I’m an alt whore. We could play whatever. I’m on Moan Guard-lol, Wyrmrest Accord, Hyjal, Maelstrom, uhh..what else. Blackwater Raiders and somewhere else.

I am an alt whore too!  I have a few favorites (Druid, Shadowpriest, DK, also Shaman recently), but I’m always testing out new ones to see if I like a particular class-race combo.

My husband would rather focus on just two, his Dwarf Shadowpriest and Gnome Mage (a blue-eyed girl with pigtails).  It’s great watching either of them run with my Nelf– I always imagine them trying their damnedest to keep up with my longer legs when we run, because in RL I’m the short one trying to keep up with him

My main girl, she needs some TLC, don’t judge her too harshly…

HM I wonder what you play in Wow…

Haven’t been subbed in a few months. This expansion was absolute shit except for the raiding and questing experience. I plan on returning and finishing Archimonde heroic for my Grove Warden.

This expansion jumbled up my main(s) a lot. So I play a few equally. Except my warrior. But anyway, I main a Resto/Enh orc shaman, Arms/Prot orc warrior, Ret/Holy belf Paladin, Resto tauren druid. Out of all of them, I got more progress on my shaman and warrior.

I’m excited to try survival hunters with the coming expansion Legion since the spec will be turned into melee. I prefer classes that get in your face and fuck you up-with the exception of a nice boomkin. Much hype.

I usually main a Nelf Feral Druid, but this expansion I mostly ran around on my Frost DK, and test ran an Orc Shaman I boosted to about 95? .

My husband and I haven’t been too impressed with WoD either, and we’re hoping Legion will be more fun.  We recently re-subbed to get our favorites up to par for whenever the hell Legion comes out, but I don’t really know what to do with them once they’re 100.

The changes to Survival do sound cool!  I’ll be interested to see how they implement that.  That’s why my druid is the star of my character list: she attacks by eating your face!  ROWR.
