Daphne: “Was that the doorbell? Whoops! Be right back.”
Tem met her at the door. “Maybe you should tuck in that shirt before you open the door.”
“Oh no Grandma, it’s fine, it’s supposed to look like this!” Daphne let Trevor Mooney in, and invited him into the backyard.
Tem asked Emmett to keep an eye on his sister and her guest, and he agreed. Trevor had a certain reputation at school.
(Grumbles under her breath about sloppy brothers.)
So I went to check in on some of my vampires, and saw that Blondie was starving. After checking to see if she could go outside, we took a stroll for lunch and found Jessica Renly (Chief Lovelace’s ex-wife) and her boytoy Branden Lovelace in the target zone.
I was going to go for Jessica, because she’s a bitch, but Vamps McGee was so desperate that she attacked Branden without me! I hadn’t seen that yet, very cool!
The funny thing is, I still wanted her to feed on Jessica, for the points, so she Compelled her for a Deep Drink.
True to form, Jessica was unaffected and laughed it off, then began insulting her! Oh man, I love/hate that woman. =D

You know, this is a lot scarier when my sound is turned up. All the zapping and hissing really raises the tension!
Emmett invited a new friend home from high school, April Kay (gee I wonder who her mother is). She’s so cute, I just want to gobble her up and add her to the family! (Me: glances surreptitiously at Emmett (<_<)

I decided that their yard need a makeover.
Now Tem has a nice corner by the flowers to practice her yoga and meditation when she’s not making ice cream or napping, and there’s now an empty space where the monkey bars used to be that’s calling out for attention…
