Their art club called, inviting them out to a midnight meeting at the Bluffs, for relaxation and inspiration.

These two really needed it, so they accepted and had a lot of fun, but by the end of the outing they were so exhausted they fell asleep sitting next to one another.  Poor babies.

Nothing really eventful happened at the Jack house.

Ana’s Ghost likes to wander around at night cheating herself at chess, and cleaning & fixing things.  It’s like having the Gnomes lot trait!

Mona Rae is a teen now, and likes playing with her nephew Daniel.

booisnotaverb answered your post: “Anyone ever play a rotational style save? I wanted to start the…”:

Depends on how long your aging is set to, and what you want to accomplish. I play on long, with about a week per family, switching early for notifications from MCCC like ‘She’s about to give birth’ and ‘He’s about to die’.

Hmm…a week seems like a manageable length! Thanks! One more question, do you set certain goals for each rotation? Like “get this sim to level up in x skill” or “have sim earn a promotion” etc. Or is it more relaxed?

Note that I’m not trying the Whims/Wishes challenge, I’m just rotating between my 3-4 favorite families.

There was a spate of births that had me jumping back and forth like an ADD bunny, but most of the time I give them 5-7 days per house.  One day to families I just check in on.  And a few minutes here and there to townies who look like they need a helping hand (ie. married someone I did not want them to marry).  ;D  While I’m in a house I keep a relaxed eye on homework/extra credit, promotion stuff, and skills that suit each sim.

For example in the original DeLion house; Derek paints and tends his garden, his wife is a writer and the house cook, and the son who lives with them is a journalist.  So every day I make sure both writers meet their writing quota, and Derek paints at least one painting.  And make sure their fruit trees don’t die!  The younger wife in the house is reading cookbooks at the moment, because when Jefani passes… let’s just say her son is not interested in cooking and their kid would get taken by the social worker if feeding everyone was left to him.

In the Hopper house, I won’t always follow my cop to work because it’s buggy, but his wife is an entertainer and I make sure she practices on her piano regularly.  Their daughter does her extra credit and hops online to chat with friends often for her social stuff, but their son is Lazy so he does the minimum homework and watches TV.

Otherwise I meet what wishes I can squeeze into that, and if the chatterbox misses her homework because she was chatting with the walkers outside, I don’t worry too much about it.  The only time I worry about whims is if I want a specific trait for someone, then if they don’t have enough I burn them through as many desires (that won’t kill them) as I can to get it.

Sorry that was long!

I keep forgetting to mention that I found Colby’s little sister and step-father when I went through old saves I lost for a while.

So Molly Donovan (on the right) is Rosetta and Mona Rae’s aunt, and recently had a son (Greyson) with Chon Wang (on the left).

Her father died of old age before Pepper, so you won’t see him.

I’ll have to bring them around once in a while for the kids to play together.

Vivian Renly-Lovelace made an honest woman of her fiancee Penny Hopper; they had a quiet ceremony in a flower garden, and a small get together afterwards with family to celebrate.

Mrs. and Mrs. Lovelace also adopted a little boy named Joseph, and had to do some work on the house to make room for him.

[You know @jorgha-haq, Vivian would hate me for suggesting this but Penny could really use some Super Llama Man™

Action Figures (of him and the bad guys).  Is there any way to make that happen?  Her dresser looks so empty…]
